- Proof of ID (Passport, driving licence) in date
- Proof of address (bank statement, utility bill, driving licence)
- Proof of income Employed – 3 months payslips and latest P60
- Proof of income Self Employed Last 2 years SA302 (self-assessment) + correlating Tax year overviews (2 years) NOTE these documents can be obtained through you accountant.
- Bank/Savings statements (latest 3 months) showing income source + proof of deposit)
- Mortgage statement to confirm your current mortgage status and balance (if applicable)
It may be a good idea to consider obtaining a copy of your recent credit report from the link below, using ‘Check My File’ to download a copy of your credit report as they provide information from various credit agencies which will ensure we have fully covered all areas lenders will check.
